In order to achieve the best results we encourage you to check your mixes, before you send them:
- It is important that you do not try to pre-master your final mixes by using ANY processing on the stereo-out bus to obtain more volume, we will take care of this.
- Turn off all dithering-tools, limiters, compressors, eq’s, multiband-dynamics on the master out.
- Ideally leave around 6dB headroom (minimum 3dB)
- Fileformat can be WAV or AIFF
- Please contact us if you want to send us other formats, to make the upload possible.
- Be aware that music which is compressed as mp3, wma, ogg can not be mastered in a reasonable way.
- Bitrate shall be 24 Bit (16 Bit is minimum)
- Samplerate shall be 48 kHz (minimum is 44,1 kHz)
- Please also check that there is no clipping and no unwanted distorted signals in your mixdown before you upload.
